Britney Spears' Parents Reunite

When her parents split in after 30 years of 

marriage, Britney Spears described it as 'the best thing that's ever happened to my family'.

'My mom and dad, bottom line, do not get along,' she said at the time. 'When I was a baby, they argued.'

 But eight years on, it seems things have changed for  Lynne and Jamie Spears. The pair have quietly rekindled their relationship and onlookers spotted them looking very much a couple at LA lounge Boudior on Saturday night.

 

'They are back together and are doing well and happy,' a source confirmed to People magazine. '[They're] not remarried but back together.'

'Lynne is a dear, sweet person,' a family friend told the publication. 'She deserves happiness. As her friend, my wish for her would be a happy ending.'

Jamie, who is still in control of  his pop star daughter's medical, financial and career affairs under a conservatorship, and Lynne are said to have first reconciled last year.

Along with Britney, 28, the couple have two other children, Bryan, 33, and Jamie Lynn, 19.
