According to MTV, music producer Danja revealed that although Britney Spears has an instant hit with "Hold It Against Me", there's still more work to be done as he gave a status report. "Still recording," admitted Danja, "She still has songs to cut, but we'll see what happens."
When asked about the sound of the new Britney Spears album, Danja replied that he was told that the Spears camp wanted to go in an edgy modern direction. "I don't know what the project will end up being, but we'll see. We did have a meeting like a year ago, and they wanted it to sound urban, hard-hitting, not so much dance, but just that similar sound."
