Nicki’s lawyers are reportedly in talks with Britney’s legal team to determine whether she will replace Enrique Iglesias as the support act on Britney’s Femme Fatale tour this summer.
“I don’t know yet. Britney is a beautiful girl, I love her,” Nicky told the American edition of OK! magazine when asked about tour rumours. “She’s a sexy girl. I’ll have to recruit her for my Barbie army.”
Eccentric singer-and-rapper Nicki has enjoyed global success with her debut album Pink Friday. The R&B star – who hails from Trinidad - has developed a reputation for her wacky outfits and feisty song lyrics. She is currently touring with Lil’ Wayne and is enjoying being on the road with the rapper.
“Amazing! Amazing every night, every city we’ve been to, they’ve all unbelievable,” she said. “Screaming at the top of their lungs, just giving us so much love and we’re really appreciating everyone for supporting the tour.”
American website TMZ reported that Britney is equally keen to work with Nicki and has “lasered in” on the rap sensation becoming her opening act.
